Clinical Psychologist

Role Overview:
The Clinical Psychologist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioural challenges. They will work closely with physicians and the wider healthcare team to integrate mental health care into overall patient management and provide counselling, therapy, and support to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic testing as required.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or behavioural disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, and supportive interventions.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to integrate mental health care into treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation of patient progress.
- Stay updated on latest research, treatment techniques, and best practices in clinical psychology.
- Participate in mental health awareness initiatives, workshops, and patient education programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in specialized areas such as child and adolescent psychology, trauma, stress management, or rehabilitation psychology.
- Ability to conduct workshops, awareness sessions, and group therapy programs.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for tele-counselling or virtual therapy sessions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology (B.A /M.A Psychology).
- Licensed or registered Clinical Psychologist as per local regulations.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, therapeutic techniques, and mental health care protocols.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient-focused approach with commitment to mental wellness.
