The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and mobile application of Pacific OneHealth (A Unit of Pacific World Foundation) (“Pacific OneHealth”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, or “Company”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.

Pacific OneHealth (A Unit of Pacific World Foundation) is a healthcare service provider operating hospitals, clinics, and digital healthcare platforms in India. Pacific OneHealth is the owner and operator of the website www.pacificonehealth.com and associated mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), through which healthcare-related services are offered.
Pacific OneHealth may provide services independently or in association with its affiliates, consultants, service providers, technology partners, and other third parties (collectively referred to as “Partners”).
1. APPLICABILITY OF TERMS
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You (“User”) and Pacific OneHealth in relation to Your access to and use of the Platform and Services.
The Terms apply to all services made available on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Online appointment booking
- Digital consultations
- Bill payments and advance payments
- Access to medical reports
- Any other healthcare-related services offered from time to time
By accessing or using the Platform, You irrevocably agree to these Terms. Pacific OneHealth reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Services at its sole discretion without prior notice.
If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and published in compliance with Indian laws, including but not limited to:
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
- Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or Services.
By using the Platform, You represent and warrant that:
- You are legally competent to contract
- All information provided by You is true, accurate, and complete
- You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws
Use of the Platform by minors must be under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
All information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Pacific OneHealth does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information displayed on the Platform. Users are advised to seek professional medical advice before acting on any information obtained from the Platform.
The Platform may display profiles of doctors and healthcare professionals, including qualifications, specialization, fees, and availability. While reasonable efforts are made to keep this information updated, Pacific OneHealth shall not be liable for any inaccuracies.
All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
4. DATA PRIVACY & ACCOUNT SECURITY
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities carried out under their account.
Pacific OneHealth shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of a User’s account. Users must immediately notify us of any suspected security breach.
If any information provided by a User is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, Pacific OneHealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access.
5. ONLINE PAYMENTS
The Platform provides secure online payment facilities for healthcare services.
While reasonable security measures are implemented, Pacific OneHealth shall not be liable for:
- Payment failures
- Unauthorized access
- Technical errors beyond its control
Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices and networks are secure and free from malware.
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Notes:
- Refunds apply only to consultation fees if service not availed.
- Convenience or platform fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Pacific OneHealth and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Violates privacy rights
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Threatens national security or public order
- Impersonates another person
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

11. INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific OneHealth, its officers, employees, affiliates, and Partners from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of:
- Use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the location of Pacific OneHealth’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
