Role Overview:

Pacific OneHealth, a fast-growing healthcare group, is seeking a full-time Consultant Pathologist to join our expanding team. The role involves leading diagnostic pathology services, ensuring accuracy and quality in line with NABL/NABH standards, and contributing to clinical excellence through technology-driven and patient-centric practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnostic Excellence
• Conduct and oversee tests in Haematology, biochemistry, histopathology, and cytology.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of diagnostic results.
2. Quality & Compliance
• Adhere to NABL/NABH standards, maintaining documentation, audits, and quality control programs.
• Supervise and guide laboratory technicians to follow SOPs and compliance protocols.
3. Clinical Collaboration
• Work closely with clinicians and hospital teams to provide diagnostic support.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions and case reviews.
4. Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with advancements in pathology and incorporate best practices.
• Support training and mentoring of lab teams to enhance skillsets.
5. Qualifications & Skills
• MD/DNB in Pathology (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years post-PG experience in a reputed hospital or diagnostic centre.
• Strong diagnostic acumen across all pathology disciplines.
• Familiarity with NABL accreditation processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
